Senator Bernie Sanders is continuing his mission to mobilize Americans in the fight against oligarchy. His upcoming tour will take him to key Midwestern states, Michigan and Wisconsin, to spread his message.

The Sanders political team announced:

Senator Bernie Sanders will embark on the second swing of his national “Fighting Oligarchy: Where We Go From Here” tour. The tour aims to address the increasing influence of billionaires and large corporations in the national government, as well as the country’s drift towards authoritarianism. Sanders is targeting districts narrowly won by Republicans in 2024 to advocate against cuts to essential services in favor of tax breaks for the wealthy.

In the first leg of the tour, Sanders drew large crowds in Omaha and Iowa City, where he emphasized the need for Americans to resist the growing power of President Trump and billionaires like Elon Musk. The upcoming stops in Michigan and Wisconsin will focus on countering Musk’s financial influence in these states.

Sanders stated, “The oligarchs and the billionaire class are gaining more power and wealth, while the majority of Americans struggle to make ends meet. We must fight back against this inequality and ensure that our country belongs to all its citizens, not just a privileged few.”

Senator Sanders’ extensive grassroots network has been instrumental in engaging and mobilizing supporters. By utilizing traditional organizing methods, Sanders is encouraging Americans to participate in the political process and stand up against oligarchy.

While Republicans avoid public engagement, Democrats, including Sanders, actively interact with constituents to address their concerns and promote transparency.

The success of the Fighting Oligarchy tour demonstrates the public’s appetite for change, and Sanders’ upcoming visits to Michigan and Wisconsin will further amplify the message of economic equality and democratic participation.
