Jimmy, Mia, and Travis headed back to Texas, while Teeter promised to join them soon. Walker decided to follow his girlfriend on the rodeo circuit, and Beth revealed her plans to live on a ranch outside of Dillon with Rip. Meanwhile, Lloyd declined Rip’s job offer, feeling the need to find himself.
Beth and Rip prepared for John Dutton’s funeral, while Kayce shared his plan with Chief Rainwater to sell the Yellowstone to the Broken Rock Reservation for a symbolic price. The funeral scene was emotional, with Beth vowing retribution and Rip promising to take care of her.
A dramatic confrontation between Beth and Jamie ensued, resulting in Jamie’s demise. Beth and Rip then took Jamie’s body to the Train Station, as Beth vowed to work with the police to tie him to John and Sarah’s murders.
