The 70-year-old liked a post on Instagram shared by abc7Chicago, which detailed a lawsuit accusing Jay-Z and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of raping a 13-year-old girl.

The lawsuit, originally filed in October with Combs as the sole defendant, was later amended to include Jay-Z as well. The anonymous victim, referred to as “Celebrity A” in the court documents, alleges that she was sexually assaulted by Jay-Z and Combs at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000. The victim described being drugged at the party and then assaulted by both men in the presence of a female celebrity referred to as “Celebrity B”.
According to the victim’s account, she was given a drink that made her feel woozy and lightheaded, leading her to lie down in a bedroom where the assault took place. The victim claims that Combs aggressively approached her and threw her onto a bed, while Jay-Z proceeded to rape her. The lawsuit also alleges that Combs later raped the victim as Jay-Z watched.
Jay-Z has vehemently denied the allegations, calling them a “blackmail attempt” in a statement on his Roc Nation Instagram. He expressed his disbelief at the nature of the accusations and vowed not to settle with the accuser. Jay-Z emphasized the impact of the allegations on his family, particularly his children who may be exposed to the negative publicity.
In the midst of these accusations, Combs is currently facing his own legal troubles, as he awaits trial on various charges including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. He has entered a not guilty plea and remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
