Emmy-Winning Producer Bill Bracken Joins Dick Clark Productions
Emmy-winning producer Bill Bracken, known for his work on “Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade” and the Disney+ live concert special “Grace for the World: Live from St. Peters Square,” has recently taken on the role of executive vice president of production at Dick Clark Productions.
Bracken, who will be based in Los Angeles, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production for the company’s various projects, including the Golden Globes, American Music Awards, “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,” “Golden Eve,” the Academy of Country Music Awards, and more.
Dick Clark Productions CEO Jay Penske expressed his excitement about Bracken joining the team, highlighting his extensive experience and creative vision. Penske looks forward to Bracken’s leadership as the company continues to expand and enhance its productions in the future.
With six Emmy Awards and 18 nominations to his name, Bracken has an impressive track record in the industry. His credits include producing major events like the Emmy Awards, the NAACP Image Awards, “Christmas in Rockefeller Center,” and the “Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular.”

Bracken is a member of the Producers Guild of America and Directors Guild of America. His additional credits include “Celebrating Betty White: America’s Golden Girl,” “Grand Ole Opry: 95 Years of Country Music,” and “One Night Only: The Best of Broadway.”
Variety parent company PMC owns Dick Clark Prods. in a joint venture with Eldridge.
