Raymond Cruz‘s iconic role as Tuco Salamanca in “Breaking Bad” involved plenty of turmoil on screen, but the actor is now in the clear after dousing his neighbor with a hose.
The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office has informed TMZ that, following their evaluation of the incident, they will not move forward with any charges related to the misdemeanor battery claim against him.
According to his agent, Cruz is back to his filming obligations, currently on the set of a Warner Bros. production in New York City, a project that could have been negatively affected if the legal matter proceeded.
As a reminder, Cruz’s arrest last month stemmed from a report claiming he assaulted a neighbor’s daughter by spraying her with a hose.
Sources have shared that when Cruz was washing his car at home in Los Angeles, he requested the girl to step aside. However, when she didn’t comply, she was accidentally sprayed and thought it was intentional.
In summary, Cruz has emerged from this ordeal on a positive note, undoubtedly better off than Salamanca’s fate!
