The Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) has released a second report regarding the events of January 6 and his investigation into the weaponized J6 Committee. According to Loudermilk, the report highlights a series of intelligence, security, and leadership failures at various levels and entities that contributed to the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6.

One of the key findings of the report is the revelation that former Representative Liz Cheney colluded with “star witness” Cassidy Hutchinson without the knowledge of Hutchinson’s attorney. This communication has led to criminal recommendations against Cheney for potential witness tampering. The report also exposes several false claims made by Hutchinson, including allegations that President Trump attacked his Secret Service detail and had prior knowledge of violence on January 6.

Furthermore, the report criticizes the January 6 Select Committee for improper constitution and lack of authority. It also accuses the Committee of neglecting or withholding evidence from its final report and deleting crucial records that should have been preserved. Additionally, the Department of Defense is accused of scapegoating the Washington D.C. National Guard to deflect blame from senior leadership.

Loudermilk’s investigation revealed that Liz Cheney communicated with Cassidy Hutchinson without Hutchinson’s attorney’s knowledge, which is considered unethical. Cheney allegedly encouraged Hutchinson to fire her attorney and assisted her in obtaining new representation. These actions raise concerns about Cheney’s integrity and the integrity of the Select Committee’s investigation.

A bar complaint was filed against Liz Cheney for her secret communication with Cassidy Hutchinson while she was represented by her attorney. The report also highlights nine confirmed lies from Hutchinson’s congressional testimony, further calling into question the credibility of the information provided to the Select Committee.

Overall, Loudermilk’s report sheds light on the various failures and ethical breaches surrounding the events of January 6 and the subsequent investigation by the Select Committee. It raises important questions about the integrity of the investigative process and the role of key individuals, such as Liz Cheney, in shaping the narrative surrounding the events of that day. In recent years, the global economy has faced unprecedented challenges due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The impact of the pandemic has been felt across all sectors, with businesses struggling to survive in the face of lockdowns, supply chain disruptions, and changing consumer behavior. As a result, many companies have had to adapt their operations and strategies to navigate this uncertain landscape.

One of the most significant trends that has emerged in response to the pandemic is the acceleration of digital transformation in businesses of all sizes. With remote work becoming the new norm and online shopping experiencing a surge in demand, companies have had to rapidly shift their operations to digital platforms in order to stay competitive.

For many businesses, this has meant investing in new technologies and software to enable remote work, streamline operations, and enhance customer experiences. From video conferencing tools to e-commerce platforms, companies have had to quickly adopt new digital solutions to keep their businesses running smoothly amidst the chaos of the pandemic.

In addition to adopting new technologies, businesses have also had to rethink their marketing and sales strategies in order to reach customers in a socially distanced world. Traditional in-person events and sales techniques have been replaced with virtual events, webinars, and online advertising campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales.

Furthermore, the pandemic has underscored the importance of supply chain resilience and the need for businesses to diversify their sourcing strategies. With global supply chains disrupted by border closures and trade restrictions, many companies have had to rethink their sourcing strategies and establish more resilient supply chains to mitigate the risk of future disruptions.

Overall, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced businesses to adapt and innovate in order to survive in an increasingly digital world. By embracing digital transformation, investing in new technologies, and rethinking their business strategies, companies have been able to weather the storm and emerge stronger on the other side. As we continue to navigate the challenges of the pandemic, it is clear that digital transformation will be key to the future success of businesses in a post-pandemic world.
