On Sunday, local authorities discovered Boelter’s vehicle abandoned in Sibley County, near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 25 and 301st Avenue in Faxon Township.

FOX9 reported that a separate vehicle, cleverly disguised as a police cruiser, was found at Boelter’s home following a shooting incident on Saturday.

According to Brian Enton from NewsNation, neighbors reported hearing gunfire in the vicinity early Sunday morning, heightening the tension in the community.

Moreover, Boelter’s cowboy hat was recovered in the area, adding a bizarre twist to this harrowing narrative.

Alpha News has been diligently covering the developments surrounding the arrest of the suspected political assassin.

Vance Boelter, the prime suspect in the high-profile political assassination and attempted murders of Minnesota legislators, has been successfully apprehended, confirmed sources to Alpha News.

Radio communications indicated that Boelter was tracked into the woods of Sibley County. When a drone began surveying the area, he surrendered by raising his hands and walking towards officers in a SWAT vehicle.

Reports indicate that he was first seen near a residence in Green Isle before making a dash down a driveway into the woods, clad in all black and carrying a backpack. At one point, he reportedly assumed the fetal position and crawled on the ground before ultimately surrendering.

This arrest concludes a nearly 48-hour nationwide manhunt that began early Saturday morning when authorities allege he shot Minnesota Democratic Senator John Hoffman and his wife Yvette in their Champlin home—both of whom survived the attack.

Following this, Boelter allegedly went to the home of Democratic House Speaker Emerita Melissa Hortman in Brooklyn Park, where police claim he fatally shot her and her husband Mark while impersonating a police officer.
