Brittany Snow’s former spouse, Tyler Stanaland, is set to marry his girlfriend, Hannah Morrissey.
“Just last week, in the very spot we traveled to shortly after we met for the first time, I asked the most incredible person I’ve ever known to be with me forever,” Stanaland, 36, shared on Instagram on October 16. “Our little family just became even more official. ❤️”
The post featured a video showcasing Stanaland, Morrissey, and their dog at a scenic lookout on Moonstone Beach in Cambria, California. The sweet clip captured a kiss between the couple and showcased Morrissey showing off her engagement ring.
“When the right person enters your life, it’s not merely love; it’s a transformation,” continued the Selling the OC star. “All uncertainties are replaced with peace and partnership, and when you align on all the significant aspects, it feels like magic. I’ve never enjoyed myself more or been challenged in the best ways. My heart is overflowing with gratitude for this beautiful little family we’re building together.”
Us Weekly reported in May that Stanaland and Morrissey began dating.
“Tyler is really enjoying his time with Hannah. Though it’s still new, they’re having lots of fun together,” a source revealed to Us at the time, adding, “They’ve taken a few trips together, and Tyler’s genuinely happy.”
In that same month, Stanaland made their relationship public.
“Polaroids from paradise. The adventures have been off the charts lately,” he shared on Instagram with a series of photos spotlighting Morrissey. “CA -> Palm Springs -> Baja -> Oahu 📸.”

Prior to dating Morrissey, Stanaland was married to Snow. The two tied the knot in March 2020 after two years of being an item. Following the debut of Selling the OC in 2022, Stanaland garnered media attention for his flirtatious antics and reported exchanges with co-stars Alex Hall and Kayla Cardona.
In September 2022, Stanaland publicly announced his split from Snow after two years of marriage.
“After careful consideration, Britt and I have mutually decided to separate. This choice was made with love and respect for one another,” Stanaland conveyed via an Instagram post at the time.
In January 2023, Snow initiated divorce proceedings, and their divorce was finalized in August of that year. The actress, known for her role in The Hunting Wives, spoke candidly about the challenging separation during a March 2024 interview on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast.
“What transpired is as reported, and I believe the media portrayal speaks to some truths,” Snow expressed. “There was indeed a marriage filled with love. The complexities are often difficult to fathom, with the focus placed on sensational claims of who did what.”
After Snow’s podcast appearance, Stanaland responded on social media, affirming that he had never been unfaithful to her.
“Relationships are intricate even without the additional pressures of public scrutiny and speculation,” he stated via his Instagram Story at the time. “Both parties made a promise, both personally and legally, to refrain from discussing the nuances of our marriage publicly, and I intend to uphold that commitment.”
