Dating app operator Bumble announced today that Lidiane Jones has resigned as CEO, with founder and executive chair Whitney Wolfe Herd set to take on the role of chief executive starting in mid-March.
Following the news, the company’s shares saw a nearly 5% increase in premarket trading.
Bumble also shared that it anticipates reporting fourth-quarter total revenue and Bumble app revenue exceeding the midpoint of previously provided forecast ranges.
