The 54-year-old victim was enjoying her time at Kenn’s Broome Street Bar on the evening of August 31st when an unknown assailant attempted to snatch her purse from the chair next to her. In a desperate attempt to retrieve her belongings, the thief dragged the woman along with the bag, resulting in a severe injury to her left arm.
