Carey Price’s wife Angela, a dual citizen of the USA and Canada, recently shared that she cast her first vote in the ongoing Canadian elections. The Prices, who are currently residing in Kelowna, British Columbia, have been enjoying their Easter celebrations as a family.
In a series of Instagram stories, Angela documented their Easter festivities, including images of the family posing together and their children, Lincoln and Millie, enjoying the holiday. Angela also took the opportunity to share that both she and Carey had voted in the Canadian elections.
Angela, who became a Canadian citizen in 2023, expressed her excitement about participating in the Canadian election process. She mentioned that the process was different from what she was used to in the USA but was looking forward to casting her vote.
In a previous Instagram Q&A session, Angela had mentioned that she was still getting accustomed to the Canadian election system but was eager to exercise her right to vote. She had completed the legal procedures for acquiring Canadian citizenship in October 2023 and was officially sworn in during an online ceremony.
During the ceremony, Angela shared that there was a bit of chaos due to the early morning timing and the waiting involved. However, she was relieved that the process was finally completed.
