This summer, I stumbled upon the incredible work of Seoul-based culinary artist Min Kyung Jin (known as @sibatable) on my TikTok For You page. “My creations embody a blend of elegance, creative playfulness, and a dash of whimsical charm,” she shared with me. “I aim to transform fashion and visual culture into an artful plate.” From playful noodle puppies to dumpling masterpieces and stylish pasta, this project marks her first endeavor of reproducing runway garments into edible art.
