Cheng in ‘The Karate Kid’ ‘Memba Him?!

Chinese actor Zhenwei Wang rose to fame at the age of 14 when he portrayed Cheng in the 2010 hit film “The Karate Kid.” Cheng was one of Master Li’s skilled martial arts students who ultimately hands the trophy over to Dre during the final match.

Starring alongside Zhenwei were actors like Jaden Smith as Dre, the bullied teenager who transforms into a disciplined martial artist, Jackie Chan as Mr. Han, Dre’s Kung Fu mentor, and Luke Carberry as the friendly kid, Harry.

Since his role in “The Karate Kid,” Wang has continued to showcase his talent in the industry by performing stunts in movies like “12 Hours” and “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.”
