Ben Lewis of TRENZSEATER, located on Blenheim Rd, Riccarton, has been named to the shortlist for the International Design & Architecture Awards. His nomination comes from a renowned global judging panel, recognizing his residential interior design work on a luxury beachfront home completed last year.

The event is hosted and featured in the leading interior design magazine ‘design et al‘. The awards and shortlisted entries will also be published in a special hardcover book, ensuring significant global exposure.
Scheduled for September, the awards ceremony will take place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in Mayfair, London, where the winners will be announced.
During the judging process, the public will soon have a chance to vote for their favorite entries.
