CM Punk’s presence on tomorrow night’s WWE RAW episode has been confirmed following his massive win at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Second City Saint emerged victorious in a match against Jey Uso for the vacant World Heavyweight Championship, previously held by the injured Seth Rollins. Punk secured the title with a pinfall victory after executing his signature move, the GTS.
In a video shared by RAW General Manager Adam Pearce, it was announced that CM Punk, now the World Heavyweight Champion, would be appearing on the upcoming episode of the red brand. Pearce expressed excitement about Punk’s win and teased a packed show for fans tuning in from suburban Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Earlier this year at SummerSlam 2025, Punk had initially won the World Heavyweight Championship by defeating Gunther, only to have Seth Rollins cash in his Money in the Bank contract moments later to claim the title. Rollins’ injury occurred during a match against Cody Rhodes at WWE Crown Jewel 2025.
In response to her husband’s victory, AJ Lee, who had previously teamed up with Punk in a mixed tag team match against Rollins and Becky Lynch at Wrestlepalooza 2025, took to her Instagram story to express her pride in Punk’s accomplishment.
Punk’s return to WWE at Survivor Series 2023 marked a significant moment in his career after his departure from All Elite Wrestling. With the World Heavyweight Championship now around his waist, it remains to be seen who will step up to challenge The Voice of the Voiceless for the title in the coming weeks on RAW.
As the WWE universe eagerly anticipates Punk’s next move as the World Heavyweight Champion, the landscape of the red brand is sure to be shaken up by his presence. Stay tuned for what promises to be an eventful episode of RAW tomorrow night.
