Trump has attributed his loss in the 2020 election to China, presenting his argument in a manner so exaggerated and implausible that it defies belief.
Several networks opted not to broadcast the speech, and their decision was soon justified. Trump used the first five to six minutes of his address to attempt to rationalize his setbacks and the harm he has inflicted on the nation.
One of Trump’s claims included the notion that China fabricated counterfeit ballots for Joe Biden in 2020:
Raw intelligence gathered by the FBI in 2020, though concealed by rogue officials, indicated that China’s actions encompassed an effort to produce illegal ballots for Joe Biden.
Documents from that period reveal that numerous critical CIA and NSA reports on China’s interference in the election were excluded from the presidential briefings. These were briefings I would typically receive daily, yet all significant information was withheld.
One email from intelligence analysts confessed that they had, quote, “deliberately massaged the presidential daily briefing to withhold information regarding Chinese activities related to the election.” Another FBI official claimed to be operating, quote, “a shadow government,” unquote, to prevent the press from learning about China’s election meddling.
