What started as a mix-up with a pizza delivery has turned into a heartwarming viral moment.

Pastor Neal Seiwert from Castle Rock, Colorado, ordered pizza for his family from Papa John’s over the weekend.

When the delivery driver, Suzanna, arrived, she quickly realized she had delivered the wrong order, as Seiwert explained to Fox News Digital.

“I’m sorry, I’m getting old,” Suzanna told the Seiwerts, noting that she had order No. 57 while they were actually No. 67.

“I messed up. I’m really sorry,” she said.

The pastor reassured her, saying, “Don’t feel bad at all. We appreciate you and remember, Jesus loves you. Have a wonderful night.”

Pastor Seiwert, along with his wife and their three young daughters, stepped out onto the porch, placed their hands on Suzanna’s shoulders, and prayed for her.

“As she was explaining the situation, I felt a deep compassion for her and wanted to relieve any stress or anxiety she might be feeling,” Seiwert shared.

The delivery driver, Suzanna, realized she had brought the incorrect order when she arrived to deliver.

Seiwert emphasized the importance of trusting our feelings of compassion for others, noting that such moments can serve as opportunities to share love and kindness.

“I aimed for her to feel not just our family’s love, but also the love of God,” he added.

This touching encounter was captured on their Ring camera and later shared online, resulting in over half a million likes on Instagram and 5 million views across platforms.

“Jesus, we are grateful for Suzanna, and I’m thankful our paths crossed tonight,” Seiwert prayed. “She is more important than any of these orders because You care for her. She’s important to us as well.”

He concluded with a blessing, stating, “Lord, bless her abundantly, meet her needs — be it healing or financial — and draw her closer to You, in Jesus’ name. Amen.”

Later, the Seiwerts connected with Suzanna to request her approval for a GoFundMe campaign aimed at helping her with her needs.

This heartfelt moment, captured on their Ring camera, quickly gained traction on social media, achieving over half a million likes and 5 million views.

According to Seiwert, the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

The initial goal of raising $25,000 for the delivery driver was exceeded in under two days.

He expressed his gratitude for the outpouring of support, stating he was taken aback by the response.

“Many people commented that it brought them to tears. There are countless individuals who simply need a little love,” he remarked.

The Seiwerts later sought Suzanna’s permission to create a GoFundMe page to aid her in her time of need. gofundme

“Our mission is to love and point others to Jesus,” he said. “These small moments can lead to significant opportunities to touch a hurting world.”

One reader remarked on social media, “This moved me to tears. May God bless that family.”

The Seiwerts are planning to relocate to Wichita, Kansas, by the end of this year to launch a new church known as Harvest House.
