Comedian Guy Branum has declared that he intends to take legal action against the man he alleges hit him on a Delta flight, as he is prepared to press charges and file a lawsuit.

During a recent Delta flight, Guy Branum claimed that a man sitting next to him elbowed him in the ribs due to his weight. He displayed a bruise from the incident and expressed his determination to report the incident to the authorities and pursue legal action, emphasizing that physical violence based on body size is unacceptable.

Despite other passengers corroborating his account by informing the crew that they witnessed the man elbowing Guy, Branum stated that Delta did not remove the man from the flight due to his frequent flier status. Delta has since reached out to Branum to address his allegations.

Guy Branum is not only seeking justice for himself but also advocating for better treatment of larger passengers by airlines in the United States.
