Radial Entertainment has secured U.S. distribution rights for Conan O’Brien’s iconic TBS late-night show, as announced at Mipcom.

Under this deal, Radial gains exclusive access to distribute all 11 seasons of “Conan,” which aired from 2010 to 2021, across various digital platforms including subscription and ad-supported streaming, transactional video, and digital networks. Jeff Peisch announced the news on behalf of Radial Entertainment.

“Conan O’Brien stands out as a pioneering and influential talent in American comedy,” stated Peisch. “His impact on the comedy landscape is profound, with his work continuing to captivate audiences of every generation. We are thrilled to preserve his remarkable late-night legacy, enabling fans to enjoy his extensive series on streaming platforms.”

The show combined O’Brien and his longtime sidekick Andy Richter’s comedic sketches with interviews that covered a range of topics, including entertainment, sports, politics, and culture. It especially gained fame for its international remote segments and garnered several Emmy Awards over its successful run.

The series also paved the way for “Conan Without Borders” and “Conan O’Brien Must Go,” both available for streaming on HBO Max. Jeff Ross was a key figure as the executive producer throughout the show’s duration.

O’Brien was inducted into the Television Academy Hall of Fame earlier this year, marking nearly three decades in late-night television.

Bruce David Eisen from Eisen Law represented Radial Entertainment, alongside Peisch during the negotiations.

The newly established Radial Entertainment, which encompasses the FilmRise and Shout! Studios brands and is supported by funds from Oaktree Capital Management, boasts an extensive catalog of over 70,000 movies and episodes across diverse genres such as true crime, reality, animation, classics, and horror.
