A manhunt is currently underway for Austin Robert Drummond, a convicted felon suspected of murdering a family in Tennessee. The 7-month-old daughter of the victims was found abandoned in her car seat in a stranger’s yard about 40 miles away from the crime scene.
Authorities have labeled Drummond as “armed and dangerous” and he has been added to the bureau’s Most Wanted List. He faces four counts of first-degree murder and other charges related to the case.
The baby girl was discovered in Tigrett, Tennessee, after being left in a stranger’s yard in her car seat. The bodies of her parents, maternal grandmother, and uncle were found in Tiptonville shortly after.
Drummond, who is dating the victim’s half-sister, has a criminal record and was released from prison recently after serving time for aggravated robbery. Authorities believe he is armed and dangerous.
Investigators are searching for Drummond, described as 5-foot-10 and 190 pounds, who may be driving a damaged 2016 Audi A3 with Tennessee plates RI 01896.
