Corey Stoll Joins Apple TV+ Limited Series “Imperfect Women”

Corey Stoll has been announced as the newest addition to the star-studded cast of the upcoming limited series adaptation of “Imperfect Women” on Apple TV+. The news, first reported by Variety, reveals that Stoll will join Elisabeth Moss, Kerry Washington, Kate Mara, and Joel Kinnaman in this highly anticipated project based on the novel by Araminta Hall.

The official description of the series teases an “unconventional psychological thriller” that delves into the lives of three women whose decades-long friendship is shattered by a mysterious crime. Titled “Imperfect Women,” the show promises to explore themes of guilt, retribution, love, betrayal, and the complex dynamics of relationships as the narrative unfolds.

Stoll will take on the role of Howard in the series, adding another impressive credit to his already illustrious career. Known for his memorable performances in shows like “House of Cards” and “The Strain,” as well as his recent role in “Billions,” Stoll has made a mark in both television and film. His upcoming projects include the Amazon Prime Video series “The Better Sister” and a role in Steven Spielberg’s “West Side Story.”

In addition to his on-screen talent, Stoll is also an accomplished stage actor, with a Tony Award nomination for his performance in “Appropriate.” Represented by UTA, Suskin/Karshan Management, and SRDA Law, Stoll’s involvement in “Imperfect Women” is sure to bring a new layer of depth to the series.

Behind the scenes, Annie Weisman will adapt the novel for the screen and serve as an executive producer alongside Lindsey McManus of Love & Squalor Pictures. Kerry Washington will also executive produce through Simpson Street, with Pilar Savone and Araminta Hall joining the team. Lesli Linka Glatter will direct the pilot episode, with Kay Oyegun contributing as a writer and executive producer under her deal with 20th Television.
