Transfers Texas Properties to Mother’s Name

D4vd is currently making headlines as he navigates real estate decisions amid police investigations into the passing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose remains were discovered in his Tesla … he has transferred ownership of two homes in Texas to his mother.
According to newly obtained legal documents by TMZ, the artist handed over the deeds of two Houston-area properties held in a trust to his mother.
D4vd executed these transfers on September 18 and September 22 … notably, the 18th coincided with a swatting incident at one of his residences. The anonymous caller misrepresented a shooting scenario involving a deceased woman.
Reports suggest that D4vd’s family members are already residing in one of the transferred properties … during the police visit related to the swatting call, his parents greeted the officers and indicated that D4vd’s younger siblings were upstairs.
As previously reported …. LAPD carried out a search warrant at D4vd’s rented residence in Los Angeles on September 17.
D4vd, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, is linked to the disturbing discovery of Celeste Rivas’ remains that occurred last month. She had been reported missing from her home in Lake Elsinore, CA in early 2024 and officials suspect she may have been deceased for weeks before her body was discovered in the trunk of the Tesla.

D4vd has canceled the remainder of his tour and delayed the release of his deluxe album, “Withered.” He has not made a public appearance since the incidents.
