Dak Prescott, the star quarterback of the Dallas Cowboys, made headlines recently as he watched his mansion in Texas being demolished. The 31-year-old athlete was present during the destruction, which was all part of a planned renovation project. According to a witness who spoke to TMZ Sports, Prescott informed his neighbors that he was tearing down the existing property to build a more modern home that better suits his current needs.
To assist with the demolition, Prescott enlisted the help of the popular trick-shot artists, Dude Perfect. The group filmed the bulldozing process, even using a drone to capture some of the action. Prescott later joined in on the clearing, posing for shots on the construction equipment as the work continued.
In the footage obtained from the scene, Prescott can be seen running through his yard and interacting with the crew as they worked on demolishing the mansion. At one point, he was even photographed with his arm around his girlfriend, Sarah Jane, as an excavator took swipes at the multi-million dollar home.
As the highest-paid player in NFL history, with a salary of $60 million per year, Prescott certainly has the means to afford such expensive renovations. It’s clear that he is enjoying the fruits of his labor and is taking steps to create a new and improved living space for himself. Fans can look forward to seeing the finished result of Prescott’s renovation project in the near future.
