BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
A PROCLAMATION
In honor of Senator Lindsey Graham’s memory and his dedicated service, I order, under the authority given to me by the Constitution and laws of the United States, that the flag of the United States be flown at half-staff. This will take place at the White House, all public buildings and grounds, military posts, naval stations, and on naval vessels of the Federal Government in the District of Columbia, across the United States, and in its Territories and possessions, until 6:00 p.m. on July 18, 2026. Additionally, I direct that during this period, the flag be flown at half-staff at all United States embassies, legations, consular offices, and other facilities abroad, including all military facilities, naval vessels, and stations.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have set my hand this thirteenth day of July, in the year two thousand twenty-six, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and fifty-first.
