It seems the architects of the Russia collusion narrative are feeling the heat, and perhaps they ought to be. Former Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard has made it abundantly clear that she isn’t one to shy away from confrontation on this matter.
Recently, James Clapper, the former Director of National Intelligence, appeared on CNN’s show with Kaitlan Collins, where he revealed that he has sought legal representation. A prudent move, indeed.
Despite his legal precautions, Clapper maintained a defiant stance, asserting his innocence throughout the discussion.
When questioned about the possibility of facing prosecution from the Trump administration, he expressed his concerns, stating, “I don’t know of an intelligence product that was more scrutinized, more investigated than that product was by numerous people. It’s very disconcerting, it really is, and I take seriously when the President of the United States accuses me of being a participant in a treasonous conspiracy, which is ridiculous.”

One has to wonder if Clapper thinks the public has a collective amnesia. A brief throwback to 2017 reveals him insinuating that Donald Trump was acting as a ‘Russian asset’:

Clapper, along with his contemporaries, subjected Trump, his team, and the nation to a protracted ordeal over a narrative they propagated for political gain. The memory of those events remains vivid, and the public’s patience is wearing thin.
