Demi Lovato plans for a single Los Angeles concert may evolve … as TMZ has learned her management is considering larger venues and potentially a tour after an overwhelming wave of interest left countless fans eager for more.
Demi announced her L.A. concert on social media Monday, and informed sources tell us over 200,000 fans rushed to the digital line for the October 25 performance at the Hollywood Palladium, which accommodates merely 4,000 attendees. It sold out within 20 minutes.
Sources indicate that Demi’s team quickly began discussing an expansion … scouting larger venues and planning logistics for a possible multi-city tour linked to her forthcoming album, “It’s Not That Deep,” dropping October 24.
This show was initially intended to be a small, special performance … giving Demi a moment to reconnect with fans and unveil tracks from her new album, including the much-anticipated single “Kiss,” which was released last Friday. However, as ticket lines crashed and fans flooded social media asking for additional shows, discussions quickly shifted from a unique event to potential tour plans.
Insiders say the team is currently evaluating their options, but nothing is finalized. As one insider frankly stated … “When 200,000 fans vie for tickets to a show that holds 4,000, that demand can’t be ignored.”
Demi’s new chapter may have started with “It’s Not That Deep” … but based on this overwhelming response, it’s set to expand significantly.
