Trump Nominates Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to Lead Health Agencies

Trump’s former vice president, Mike Pence, has criticized the decision, calling it “an abrupt departure from the pro-life record of our administration.” Pence expressed concern that Kennedy’s support for the principles of Roe v. Wade could alienate pro-life Americans who have long supported the Republican Party.

On his campaign website, Kennedy has made his stance clear, stating that he is a firm supporter of the principles laid out 50 years ago in Roe v. Wade.
