Diddy
I WANNA SERVE MY TIME AT FORT DIX

Diddy at FCI Fort DIX

Diddy has a specific prison in mind for serving the rest of his 50-month sentence… and it’s FCI Fort Dix.

Teny Geragos, one of Diddy’s legal representatives in his criminal trial, sent a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, requesting that the court suggest to the Bureau of Prisons that Diddy be placed in the low-security federal correctional institution located in New Jersey.

Inside FCI Fort Dix

Diddy’s legal experts assert that FCI Fort Dix is the optimal location for him, as it will allow him to “confront drug abuse issues” and “enhance family visitations and rehabilitation efforts.”

Teny’s father, renowned attorney Mark Geragos, recently mentioned on the “2 Angry Men” podcast that Diddy will face risks no matter where he is sent. Diddy’s legal team informed the judge during the sentencing that there had been attempts on his life while incarcerated.

Notable figures who have served time at FCI Fort Dix include ‘RHONJ’ stars Teresa and Joe Giudice.

Judge Subramanian can also suggest a prison for Diddy as well; however, the final decision rests with the Bureau of Prisons.

Diddy has been detained for over a year at MDC Brooklyn and is expected to spend an additional two years in federal prison. It remains to be seen whether the Bureau of Prisons will align with his lawyer’s proposal or send him elsewhere.

By the way, we checked in… herbal oil and prayer oil can be found, but baby oil is absent from the Fort Dix commissary, although baby powder is available.
