Diddy Sentencing
From Sexual Impulses to Unique Experiences …
Experts Assert He’s Managed

Diddy is defending a couple of specialists who assessed his sexual behaviors — giving him a positive evaluation — and confirms they will be present to testify at his sentencing.
As he approaches his sentencing in federal court, Diddy has formally requested Judge Arun Subramanian to disregard the prosecution’s demands to overlook evaluations from two esteemed specialists in sexual disorders.
In his court filings, Diddy states that Dr. Kreuger — a psychiatrist from Columbia University — has affirmed that he is “fully in control of his sexual impulses and conduct.”
Furthermore, details of Diddy’s sexual preferences were provided … including “standard sex” and “unique experiences.” According to the doctors, only 15 percent of his interactions fall under “unique experiences,” a statistic Diddy considers “accurate given the number of partners he has had,” with only two women — Cassie and “Jane” — discussing these events.
However, prosecutors could argue … it only takes one “unique experience” to breach the Mann Act.

In the meantime, Diddy’s legal team is criticizing prosecutors for bringing various “victims” into the courtroom for sentencing … “who had no relevance to the Mann Act allegations.”
For example, they assert that “Mia” — a former assistant of Diddy — and stylist Deonte Nash were discredited during their testimonies in the trial and should not influence Diddy’s sentencing. Both “Mia” and Nash have submitted victim impact letters to the judge … similar to Cassie.
Team Diddy contends that prosecutors have been “exceedingly aggressive” and “undignified” in their attempts to incarcerate the music mogul.
It’s essential to note that prosecutors have suggested the judge impose a sentence of over 11 years for Diddy … while he is requesting a lighter sentence of about 14 months, accounting for the 12-plus months he has already served.
Ultimately, as stated in the court documents … “the determination of Sean Combs now rests with this Court.”
