The length of time Diddy will spend in prison has been decided following his prostitution-related convictions, with insights from both a sex worker and an exotic dancer connected to the case.
As reported, Judge Arun Subramanian sentenced Diddy to slightly over four years in federal prison, but considering that he has already completed more than a year in custody, he will receive credit for his time served.
Sharay Hayes, the male exotic dancer known as “The Punisher,” stated during an interview that initially, he thought Diddy might be released today due to time served. However, after hearing the judge’s justification for a longer sentence, Hayes agrees with the decision.
He emphasized that the judge’s ruling sends a powerful message aimed at ensuring victim protection and discouraging illegal activities.
Regarding Diddy’s remorse and personal transformation, Sharay expressed confidence that Diddy has genuinely changed after losing everything, attributing his situation solely to his own actions.
Another sex worker who testified in the trial indicated to TMZ that he believes Diddy’s sentence was lenient given the circumstances.

The unnamed sex worker remarked that he anticipated a sentence of around ten years, particularly in light of the assault and arson accusations, even though those charges were dropped prior to jury deliberation.
He also disclosed that Diddy’s legal team had solicited him to compose a letter advocating for Diddy at sentencing, but his lawyer advised against it to avoid self-incrimination.
Sharay, author of the book ‘In Search of Freezer Meat, confirmed that he was not approached to provide a supportive or critical letter for Diddy’s sentencing and expressed uncertainty about whether he would have complied with such a request.
