Diddy Sued by Woman Claiming He Sexually Assaulted Her in L.A. Club

Diddy is facing serious allegations from a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her during her 20th birthday celebration at a nightclub, with accusations of him aggressively penetrating her without consent, according to a newly filed lawsuit.

The lawsuit has been filed by renowned Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, known for his legal battles against the Bad Boy Records founder.

The plaintiff, identified as Leiana Ripley, claims that during a visit to Club Playhouse in Los Angeles around November 1, 2016, Diddy approached her and insisted she consume a drink he had offered.

Ripley asserts she initially refused, but Diddy allegedly responded with, “Bitch, I am not asking you. Drink that shit and shut the f*** up.” She stated that his intimidation compelled her to drink the beverage he forcefully slid towards her.

She claims Diddy then wrapped an arm around her and used his other hand to violate her, allegedly telling her, “Bitch I do what I want, take that s***.” She noted he seemed amused by her attempts to push him away and laughed at her distress.

Following the incident, she managed to leave the club and called for a taxi. Once back at her hotel, she reported feeling disoriented and light-headed, needing assistance to get to her room.

The next day, she reported waking up with bruises and injuries in and around her genital area, which she believes were caused by the alleged assault, along with significant mental trauma.

She is seeking damages from Diddy, who has faced multiple lawsuits from attorney Buzbee, who has represented over 100 clients accusing Diddy of similar sexual assault allegations.

Diddy’s legal team was contacted for a statement while they were in court for sentencing related to his criminal case, and as of now, there has been no response.
