Brooke Meister and Alex Dochter have recently introduced a new talent management firm called Link Management. This agency represents a variety of digital creators, including social media personality Danielle Walter, NFL Majorette and lifestyle creator Chloe Holladay, viral TikToker Yolanda Diaz, and “Love Island USA” Season 7 contestant Jalen Brown.
Established in 2025, Link Management aims to provide more than just brand deals for its clients. The firm offers personalized and holistic representation to help talent diversify their revenue streams, strengthen their personal brands, and build sustainable, long-term careers.
With a client roster of over 50 creators who collectively reach more than 60 million followers, Link Management represents individuals across categories such as beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and parenting. Some of the notable creators on their roster include hair and beauty TikToker Alexa Beckford, BookTok personality Brady Lockerby, fitness and maternity content creator Brynley Joyner, and social media interior designer Caroline Winkler.
Co-managing directors Meister and Dochter bring their expertise to the firm, with Meister focusing on talent strategy and campaign execution, and Dochter overseeing infrastructure, finance, and operations. Meister has already secured deals for Link clients with Sephora Squad and Ulta Beauty Collective, as well as assisted in the launch of creator-led product lines.
Dochter emphasizes that Link Management is relationship-driven, believing that the best representation comes from understanding a creator’s goals, protecting their vision, and supporting their growth with transparency and trust. Meister echoes this sentiment, stating that Link Management was created to fill a gap in the creator economy by providing thoughtful, transparent, and long-term representation.
Overall, Link Management aims to prioritize trust, clear communication, and long-term partnership to empower creators to grow with confidence. The agency’s approach has been positively received by creators, reinforcing their mission to build a more intentional and sustainable model for talent management.
