WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre recently opened up about what he considers the worst moment of his career in the Stamford-based promotion. The Scottish Warrior aimed to redeem himself during a live event in his hometown of Glasgow, Scotland.

In a recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown, McIntyre faced off against Cody Rhodes in a Three Stages of Hell Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship. After a grueling battle, McIntyre emerged victorious, dethroning The American Nightmare with the help of Jacob Fatu.

Following his championship win, McIntyre defended his title against Shinsuke Nakamura at a live event in Glasgow, Scotland, as part of the Road to Royal Rumble 2026. After successfully retaining his title, McIntyre delivered a heartfelt promo, reflecting on his past struggles. He mentioned his loss to Roman Reigns at Clash at the Castle in 2022, which he believed had led him down a dark path before his redemption against Rhodes.

McIntyre also addressed what he considered the lowest point of his career, which occurred during Clash at the Castle when he had to sing alongside Tyson Fury. Wanting to make amends, McIntyre took the opportunity to sing with the Scottish crowd, expressing his love and gratitude for their support.

In a Twitter post following his victory over Rhodes, McIntyre shared a photo of himself with the Undisputed WWE Championship, accompanied by a simple yet powerful message: “No longer bored at work.” Fans are eagerly anticipating what the creative team, led by Triple H, has in store for McIntyre’s championship reign.

The heartfelt moment shared by McIntyre in his hometown of Glasgow showcased his resilience and determination to overcome past setbacks. As he continues to reign as the Undisputed WWE Champion, fans can expect more exciting moments and challenges ahead for the Scottish Warrior.
