Apple TV+ has revealed a sneak peek image for Season 2 of the Franco-Japanese series “Drops of God,” featuring Fleur Geffrier and Tomohisa Yamashita in leading roles.

This upcoming season will comprise eight episodes, set to debut on January 26, 2026. Subsequent episodes will be released weekly, concluding on March 11, 2026.

Based on the acclaimed Japanese manga of the same title, the series delves into the intricate realm of fine wines and gourmet cuisine. In Season 2, Camille and Issei embark on a quest to solve a poignant mystery concerning the world’s finest wine.

The official synopsis states, “What starts as a journey for legacy transforms into an exploration of truth traversing both time and geography, uncovering lost histories, concealed rivalries, and secrets long hidden. As their quest draws them to the furthest ends of the globe and to the deepest parts of themselves, Camille and Issei must confront how much they are willing to sacrifice—potentially fracturing their sibling bond or risking their very lives.”

Produced by Legendary Entertainment, “Drops of God” is a collaboration between Les Productions Dynamic, 22H22, and Adline Entertainment. The production features Klaus Zimmermann as the producer, Oded Ruskin as the director, and Quoc Dang Tran as the creator.

This gripping series examines one of the most notorious unresolved crimes of our lifetime as it unfolds with a significant suspect now moving towards trial.
