Star of Duck Dynasty, Jessica Robertson, expressed her joy on social media after the arrival of her daughter Priscilla‘s baby, a girl named August Mae Nash. The 19-year-old welcomed her little one, sending happiness throughout the family.
Jessica took to Instagram Stories on October 9, sharing her excitement about the new addition to the family.
“We’re excited to announce the birth of our granddaughter, August Mae Nash!” wrote Jessica, 44, alongside a touching photo of the newborn’s tiny hand.
She extended heartfelt wishes to Priscilla and her partner, Dillion Nash, as they embarked on the rewarding journey of parenthood together.
“Big congratulations to Priscilla and Dillon on one of God’s greatest gifts!” Jessica wrote, continuing to express how enamored the family is with their new angel. “We are all just smitten with this sweet baby girl.”
Just a day earlier, the couple announced the birth of their first child, which occurred on October 6.
“On October 6, I was blessed with the duty and title of father,” Nash shared on Instagram that Wednesday. “I am grateful to care for this beautiful girl alongside the love of my life @priscillajunerobertson. We are thrilled to welcome August Mae Nash into the world! ❤️❤️.”

Priscilla, the daughter of Jessica and Jep Robertson, shared Nash’s announcement on her own Instagram, writing, “Our beautiful baby is here! 🩷🎀☺️.”
Back in July, Jessica revealed on Instagram that her daughter Priscilla was expecting, expressing her joy of welcoming another grandchild in October.
“Me and Jep [Robertson] can’t wait for our new grandbaby this October,” Jessica shared on July 20 alongside pictures of Priscilla with her baby bump. “We feel blessed to add another grandchild to our family.”
Jessica, who has children Lily, 22, Merritt, 20, River, 16, and Gus, 9, with Jep, 47, mentioned that Priscilla’s pregnancy hadn’t been part of their initial plans.
“However, God turns our humble offerings into His greatest blessings!” she remarked. “We are extremely proud of Priscilla & Dillon for choosing life for their child, and we are all eager to meet this precious baby girl! We ask for blessings on their pregnancy and pray for a safe delivery for both mother and baby. We celebrate God’s wonderful gifts! 💛 Pray for us! With three babies under one, it’s quite a journey!”
In August, Priscilla addressed her experience of becoming a mother at a young age through an Instagram post, complete with hashtags.
“Once upon a time, a boy loved a girl 💕 and now they are preparing to love someone even more! 🩷🩵 #teenmom #1sttimemom #boyorgirl @dillonnnash,” she wrote.
As her pregnancy progressed, Priscilla shared various images documenting her growing baby bump, celebrating her journey to motherhood.
“Today I am 34 weeks pregnant… @dillonnnash and I are nesting and eagerly preparing to welcome our baby girl! #thirdtrimester #girlmom,” she posted in early September.
By late September, Priscilla and Dillion hosted a baby shower, where they shared their joy on Instagram.
“Thank you @dillonnnash’s family for a wonderful night celebrating our baby girl!” she wrote, sharing a series of photos from the event, “We are so grateful for the support and love we’ve received this past few months! I feel blessed to join such a loving family! #babyshower.”
Priscilla’s parents first gained fame through the reality TV series Duck Dynasty, which aired from 2012 to 2017. Jessica and Jep, the son of Phil and Kay Robertson, were married in 2001 and later starred in their own show, Jep & Jessica: Growing the Dynasty, which ran from 2016 to 2017.
