Eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables is crucial for children to maintain good health and strength. To make this concept more engaging and visual for students, we collaborated with Green Bronx Machine to create a series of Eat the Rainbow mini posters. These posters provide a quick and easy reference for students to explore red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple fruits and vegetables.
The inspiration for these posters came from the video “Mister Ritz Eats Across the Rainbow,” which is part of the Green Bronx Machine KIDS YouTube channel. For more tips and resources on promoting healthy eating and gardening in the classroom, be sure to check out the links provided at the end of this article.
