This historical drama follows the journey of two young Poles separated by oppressive regimes in Europe during the last century, with a blend of 2D, 3D, and rotoscope animation techniques.

“Zako” by Tigran Arakelyan tells the story of Armenian painter Zako surviving Nazi POW camps through his art, using modern VR technology and classical CG tools to create a visually striking historical drama.
