Deltatre, a leading European provider of streaming media solutions for sports, media, and entertainment companies, has recently announced its acquisition of Endeavor Streaming from Endeavor Group Holdings Inc. The terms of the deal, which was disclosed on Tuesday, have not been made public. However, the transaction is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of 2025, pending customary closing conditions. Endeavor Group Holdings Inc. is the parent company of representation giant WME Group and owns a majority stake in TKO Group, the parent company of UFC and WWE.
Endeavor Streaming, the company being acquired by Deltatre, is known for livestreaming tens of thousands of major events annually, including UFC fight cards. It also powers streaming services such as WNBA League Pass, UFC Fight Pass, NWSL, and the University of Texasā LHN.
Deltatre, based in Turin, Italy, boasts an impressive list of clients that includes the BBC, Rogers, Bell Media, Danish Broadcasting, Mediacorp, beIN, CPL, UEFA, ATP, NFL, DFL, NHL, MLS, MLB, and World Athletics. In 2022, Deltatre was acquired by Bain Capital and Nextalia SGR from Bruin Capital.
The merger of Deltatre and Endeavor Streaming is expected to create a comprehensive range of digital experiences for their clients. The combined portfolio of clients will include Sky, the NBA, WWE, LIV Golf, ICC, and World Rugby. With the addition of Endeavor Streaming, Deltatre will have enhanced operational support across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
