Vietnam-based Every Half Coffee Roasters has recently secured $3 million in a pre-series A financing round, with continued support from Singaporean investment firms Openspace Ventures and DSG Consumer Partners, according to a report by Vietnam Investment Review.

Established in 2021 by CEO Vo Duy Phu and COO Tran Le Minh Truc, Every Half Coffee is a specialty coffee brand that has quickly gained traction in the market. The company has already opened eight outlets in Ho Chi Minh City, offering a selection of beans sourced from local farms as well as from around the world.

Tran Le Minh Truc and Vo Duy Phu play key roles in the operations of Every Half Coffee. Truc manages the coffee supply chain, roasting process, and staff training, while Phu leverages his expertise in retail chain development and large-scale operations to drive the company’s growth.

Vo Duy Phu expressed his commitment to showcasing the true quality of Vietnamese coffee and the dedication of the farmers behind it. The new funding will enable Every Half Coffee to expand its store network, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen long-term partnerships with farmers.

With a total of 14 stores in Ho Chi Minh City, Every Half Coffee prides itself on its modern store design and full control over the coffee-making process. The company collaborates closely with local farmers and cooperatives to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality beans.

Looking ahead, Every Half Coffee aims to achieve a 150% growth target by 2025, with plans to open more stores and explore new formats in strategic locations within Ho Chi Minh City. The company is also investing in sourcing initiatives, particularly in regions like Lam Dong and Buon Ma Thuot, and conducting research on fermentation techniques to enhance flavor profiles.
