The family of accused serial killer Rex Heuermann finds themselves in the uncomfortable spotlight as the winner of a recent $25,000 auction for the alleged killerâs vintage Vietnam War-era Jeep engages in trolling behavior, refusing to complete the purchase, as uncovered by RadarOnline.com.
Heuermannâs family made headlines after listing a 1972 M151 A2 Military Utility Tactical Truck, along with a 1963 trailer, on eBay, claiming it was once owned by the âInfamous RH.â
Reportedly, the auction was initiated by Asa Ellerup, the ex-wife of the controversial architect, in hopes of reaching a lucrative sale, with local resident Jonathan Randall emerging as the highest bidder.

Initially, Randall was outbid on several occasions, only to later discover he had won the auction after making multiple bids.
He flaunted his auction success on social media, posting screenshots and jesting with the caption, âGuess whoâs not paying?â
Randall appeared to direct his vitriol specifically at Heuermannâs wife, stating, âYou arenât going to make money off your husbandâs murders, you disgusting ghoul.â
A direct message between the two also revealed Randallâs flippant attitude towards the auction win, replying simply with âLOL.â
