On March 10, a groundstop was briefly issued for all JetBlue flights by the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), but was quickly canceled within an hour after the airline resolved a “system outage.”
“A brief system outage has been resolved and we have resumed operations,” a spokesperson for JetBlue said in a statement, without elaborating further.
The FAA had initially stated that the flight halt was requested by JetBlue.
JetBlue, headquartered in New York, offers services to over 110 destinations spanning the United States, the Caribbean and Latin America, Canada, and Europe.
