FBI Agents Return to Question Neighbors in Nancy Guthrie’s Disappearance
Nancy Guthrie has been missing since February 1, with the last confirmed sighting of her on January 31. On that day, she had dinner with her daughter, Annie, and son-in-law, Tommaso Cioni. After enjoying a meal together and playing a game of Mahjong, Cioni dropped Nancy off at her home. He was the last person to see her before she disappeared.
Initially, there were rumors suggesting Cioni could be a suspect in Nancy’s disappearance. However, both he and the rest of the Guthrie family have been cleared of any involvement in the case.
On the day Nancy went missing, she was supposed to visit a friend’s house to watch a livestreamed church service. When she failed to show up and could not be reached, her friend contacted Annie. When Nancy’s family arrived at her home, it was already evident that she had been taken against her will, as her personal belongings were left behind.
Despite ongoing efforts to locate Nancy, no suspects have been identified thus far. The only lead in the case comes from Nest security camera footage captured at Nancy’s residence, showing a masked man wearing a glove and carrying what appears to be a gun in his holster.
Recently, FBI agents have returned to the neighborhood to question neighbors and gather any additional information that could aid in the investigation. The community remains on edge as they await updates on Nancy Guthrie’s whereabouts.
