A High-Profile Dismissal: The Fallout of the ‘Jab Genocide Mandate’
In a dramatic turn of events, yet another figure from the so-called “Deep State” has exited the stage, and this time it’s none other than Dr. Terry Adirim, the infamous architect behind the Pentagon’s contentious COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
Recently, a federal judge ruled that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) can proceed with the termination of Dr. Adirim, who, during her tenure under the Biden administration, oversaw the controversial mandate requiring U.S. military personnel to receive an experimental COVID-19 vaccine or face dishonorable discharge—often leaving careers in tatters and benefits denied.
Dr. Adirim, a staunch Democrat and a fervent health bureaucrat, became notorious for her 2021 memo that put immense pressure on military members to comply with a vaccine that was presented as “interchangeable” with the fully FDA-approved Comirnaty shot, a product that was largely inaccessible to the troops.
The repercussions were severe: tens of thousands of service members faced punishment, discharge, or sidelining—not for any legal obligation, but for refusing a vaccine that many deemed unwarranted.
After her departure from the Department of Defense, Dr. Adirim found a new role at the CIA in December as the Director of the Center for Global Health Services. However, her time there was short-lived. Following a surge of whistleblower reports and concerns from military families, President Donald Trump acted decisively to have her removed in April.
Credit for bringing Dr. Adirim’s controversial actions to light goes to Ivan Raiklin of , who highlighted the significant impact her policies had on countless lives and the operational integrity of the U.S. military.
In a surprising twist, Dr. Adirim has initiated legal action to reclaim her position, alleging that her dismissal was politically motivated and the result of pressure from “far-right activists.” However, the CIA maintains that her termination stemmed from internal complaints regarding her conduct, reportedly lodged by her own colleagues.
U.S. District Judge Michael Nachmanoff, appointed by Biden, dismissed Dr. Adirim’s efforts to halt her termination. During a recent court hearing, he lifted a temporary hold, allowing the CIA to move forward with her removal. The judge found no substance in her claims of defamation or lack of due process.
“This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff’s Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”) (ECF 3), which this Court has converted to a Motion for Preliminary Injunction. To obtain injunctive relief, Plaintiff must show that she is likely to succeed on the merits, that she will suffer irreparable harm without emergency relief, that the balance of equities weighs in her favor, and that an injunction is in the public interest. For the reasons stated in open court, Plaintiff has failed to make a clear showing that she is likely to succeed on the merits of her stigma-plus due process claim. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff’s motion (ECF 3) is DENIED; and it is further ORDERED that the Administrative Stay previously entered by this Court (ECF 6) is VACATED.”
In his response to the ruling, Raiklin quipped, “Terry, YOU’RE FIRED! Not because of anything Ivan Raiklin, Laura Loomer, Donald Trump, Don Jr., or Elon Musk said, but it was for cause!”
