Nilsa Prowant, Kirk’s co-star on the now-canceled MTV series, provided an update on his health, revealing that he is battling necrotizing pancreatitis and has been hospitalized in the ICU for nearly two weeks, currently sedated and on a ventilator.
Nilsa has launched a crowdfunding campaign to assist with Kirk’s extensive medical expenses, as he was reportedly uninsured. All funds raised will be allocated towards his medical bills and rehabilitation.
Nilsa shared that she visited Kirk in the ICU in Miami, describing the experience as emotional, especially seeing him connected to a ventilator.
Nilsa and Kirk’s loved ones are hopeful for his full recovery, although acknowledging the challenging journey that lies ahead.
