Air Tragedies in the US: Small Plane Crashes Kill Multiple People
Over the weekend, a small plane crashed in central Illinois, resulting in the tragic deaths of four individuals. This incident is part of a series of recent air tragedies across the United States.
The single-engine Cessna 180 took off from Menomonie, Wisconsin, on Saturday morning with four occupants on board. Unfortunately, the plane crashed around 10:15 a.m. near County Road 1400 in Trilla, Illinois, claiming the lives of all those aboard, as confirmed by the Illinois State Police.
This fatal crash occurred shortly after another small plane crashed into Nebraska’s Platte River, resulting in the deaths of all three individuals on board.
Witness Kynnedi Goldstein described the Illinois tragedy, recalling how the crash shook the neighborhood and caused a power outage in her house.
