Accepts Guilt in Conspiracy to Murder Aaron Goodwin

“Ghost Adventures” personality Aaron Goodwin’s spouse, Victoria Goodwin, has decided to plead guilty to a conspiracy to murder charge, thereby avoiding a prolonged trial and potentially reducing her sentence.
Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that Victoria Goodwin has informed the Clark County judge in Nevada of her intention to plead guilty to one of the two counts she faced for allegedly orchestrating a murder-for-hire plot against her well-known husband.

Victoria Goodwin has agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to commit murder in exchange for prosecutors dropping the charge of solicitation to commit murder. Prosecutors have also agreed not to provide a sentencing recommendation to the judge.
Goodwin was arrested last month after authorities discovered her communication with Florida inmate Grant Amato about the plan to eliminate Aaron Goodwin. In one message, she mentioned, “Am I a bad person? Because I chose to end his existence. Not divorce.”
Additionally, Victoria Goodwin disclosed specific details about Aaron’s filming schedule for a “Ghost Adventures” episode with Zak Bagans in California.
Under Nevada law, Victoria could face a prison term ranging from 2 to 10 years, with the exact sentence to be determined by the judge. She may also be subject to a fine of up to $5,000.
Following the arrest, Aaron Goodwin promptly filed for divorce from Victoria, signaling an end to their tumultuous relationship.
