Gisele Bündchen received some assistance from her 1-year-old son during a recent workout session.

On Saturday, August 8, the 46-year-old supermodel, posted an endearing photo featuring her husband Joaquim Valente’s baby boy, whose name remains private, as he imitated her workout routine. The image shows Bündchen balancing on two weights with a resistance band around her legs while her son copies her stance.

“It’s heartwarming to observe how young they are when they begin to watch and mimic what we do,” she expressed in her Instagram caption on Saturday. “They’re constantly learning from us, often without us realizing it.”

She further noted, “Moments like these remind me that my actions speak louder than words, as much of who they become is shaped by the examples they see daily. Being a mom is both a gift and a beautiful responsibility.”

Bündchen and Valente, 38, welcomed their baby boy in February 2025, adding to Bündchen’s family, which includes two older children — Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13 — from her previous marriage to Tom Brady.

In May 2025, Bündchen shared a series of delightful photos of her newborn, featuring him in an “I ❤️Mom” sweatsuit while resting on her shoulder.

She wrote on Mother’s Day, “I’ve been quietly busy living life. Sometimes, the most beautiful moments are not shared — they are simply experienced.” She continued, “Recently, I’ve embraced slowing down, real connections, and the beauty of being present. Today, on Mother’s Day, I especially miss my mom, but my heart is full. Motherhood is my greatest gift, a journey that humbles me, teaches me, and fills me with gratitude every day. To all mothers, your love shapes the world beyond words. I see you, I honor you. Happy Mother’s Day! Sending love your way.”

“Now that my little one sleeps through the night, I have regained control of my routine,” Bündchen mentioned in May 2025. “As any new mom knows, sleep — or the lack of it — changes everything! Yet, I am truly grateful for the chance to be home with my kids and cherish every moment with them.”

When asked about her daily life, Bündchen said, “[It’s] spending time with my family, especially when we can enjoy outdoor activities together. That time is what brings me the most joy.”

Bündchen and Valente celebrated another significant milestone by the end of 2025, as Us reported that they received their marriage license in Miami on December 1 and married two days later. The couple began dating in June 2023.
