A 22-year-old man, identified as Kelvin Luebke, is facing accusations of using a fraudulent identity to enroll as a student at a Minnesota high school, where he allegedly sexually assaulted female classmates, according to law enforcement officials.

Parents of several students reported that Luebke was pretending to be a senior at White Bear Lake High School while committing these acts, as detailed in a search warrant application acquired by KARE11.

In light of the serious allegations, local police sought a warrant on Monday to examine Luebke’s phone, as reported by media outlets.

Additionally, a school resource officer is currently investigating allegations that Luebke received nude images from a female student, as indicated in the filing.

Authorities noted that several young girls at the high school reported receiving messages and texts from Luebke on various social media platforms.

Luebke was taken into custody last month on an unrelated warrant and was subsequently released from Washington County Jail, as reported by Fox9.

A parent alerted authorities after her daughter recognized Luebke’s mugshot online, leading to the notification of school officials.

At present, Luebke has not been formally charged regarding the sexual assault accusations.

Reports indicate that Luebke has prior convictions related to criminal traffic offenses and disorderly conduct, according to court documents sourced by The Post.

In a message to parents following Luebke’s arrest, Principal Russell Reetz expressed concern, stating that someone “over the age of 21” had successfully evaded district security measures to enroll as a student.

“Upon our preliminary investigation, we found that we adhered to our enrollment procedures, which comply with state laws,” he mentioned.

Reetz assured concerned parents that Luebke was no longer allowed on district premises.

“The safety and well-being of every student is our highest priority. I appreciate the vigilance of staff, families, and students who acted upon their concerns,” he communicated in his email.

Reports indicate Luebke was also listed on the football team’s roster, according to statements from fellow students.

District superintendent Dr. Wayne Kazmierczak confirmed to KARE11 that Luebke had enrolled as a homeless, unaccompanied youth and had attended the school for a duration of 19 days.

“He presented a birth certificate from another nation indicating he was 18 and eligible for high school enrollment,” Kazmierczak explained.

“During the enrollment process, there was no indication that the birth certificate was fraudulent,” he added.

“The provided documents had genuine watermarking and official seals, and there was no sign that suggested any irregularities.”
