Gunman shoots man and dog in Chicago’s West Pullman neighborhood
A horrifying incident took place on Tuesday morning in Chicago’s West Pullman neighborhood when a gunman shot a 50-year-old man and his dog. The shooting occurred at around 7:25 a.m. in the 300 block of East 117th Street.
According to the police report, the victim was outside with his dog when the gunman exited a red sedan and approached on foot.
