The Chicago Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a group of armed robbers who targeted three businesses in a span of 90 minutes earlier this month. The suspects, described as four men dressed in all black and armed with handguns, reportedly forced employees to open cash registers and stole money from the establishments. Additionally, the group robbed a customer and assaulted an employee during their crime spree.
The robberies took place on December 6 at the following locations:
– 7-Eleven at 2600 North Lincoln in Lincoln Park at 2:21 a.m.
– 7-Eleven at 3005 North Pulaski in Avondale at 3:43 a.m.
– Subway at 3207 West Diversey in Logan Square at 3:46 a.m.
Surveillance video footage of the incidents has been released by detectives in the hopes that someone will come forward with information to help identify the perpetrators. The video shows the suspects raiding the Subway restaurant and one of the convenience stores.
